CONDITIONS

• To make the booking we will ask you an economic bail of 30% .
• In case of cancellation of reservation full refund of the amount if this is carried out before:
  
  • High season: 15 days in prior to the day of entry is returned in full, with less day no refund will be given.
  • Mid season A: 5 days before the day of entry.
  • Medium season B: 7 days before the day of entry.
  • Low season: 2 days in advance to the day of entry.
• The right of overnight begins at 17 a.m. on the first day and ends at 12 noon the day of departure. We are flexible with the schedule, but you must communicate with enough time.
• You must communicate the time of entry if this occurs from the 20 hours. If not we will cancel the reservation.
• It is not allowed to occupy he apartment with more people than those stipulated in the capacity of the apartment.
• The payment shall be the total number of nights reserved except those that have been deposited as bail. It will be paid in cash on the day of entry, with the delivery of keys.
• The stay in the apartments includes use and peaceful enjoyment, is not allowed to perform activities which can be annoying to other people staying.

These standard rules are reflected in the Law on Tourism of the Principality of Asturias.
